*  We use independent vendors and/or contractors.  Due to the fact we manage a large volume of properties we enjoy the luxury of ensuring we receive quality work and competitive prices. 

 

*  We provide prompt, almost immediate response to all repairs needed.

 

*  No mark-ups on repair bills.  You pay what we pay!

 

*  Competitive bidding on major repairs.

 

*  Prior notification on major expenses and repairs.

 

                                *Property Inspections*

 

*  We conduct routine inspections of every property.  Our Property Managers make frequent, unannounced drive-by inspections to insure your property is being maintained to our satisfaction.

 

*  If violations are noted the tenant is contacted immediately.
